You Are Welcome To Join In An Evening Of Deep Connection To Your Body & Heart.

MY INTENTION Is to hold a loving, safe and compassionate space for you to enjoy your yoga and kirtan practice.

The evening begins at 6.30pm with a meditation which will support you to land in your body and come to a place of calm and connection to your Self.  

The Slow Flow Yoga class will carry a foundation of mindfulness throughout, and I will continually support you to come back to presence. I will also support you to connect to your breath and will share a pranayama (breathing) practice with you. The class is strengthening and also relaxing. I will offer variations throughout the class, so you can choose what is right for your body in the moment. The class will incorporate a mix of Slow Flow, Gentle Hatha & Yin Yoga. The class will end with a guided relaxation practice.

We will then come to sitting where I will guide you through a short meditation. Myself and beautiful friends will then carry you into the night of kirtan. We will be sharing chants with you that we will sing together. It's not about having the perfect voice, its just about the love of it. If you wish to be silent and just enjoy this vibration this is ok too. We complete the evening with some homemade chai, herbal teas and yummy treats 

Summary of Evening Schedule...

6.30pm  - MEDITATION -An opportunity to arrive and center.
6.45pm - 7.45pm - SLOW FLOW YOGA CLASS. This also Includes gentle Hatha & Yin Yoga.  
8pm - 9.15pm - KIRTAN- Beautiful heart felt chanting. 
9.15pm - CUP OF TEA -Connection with others over tea and yummy treats. 

A little bit about Me

Julie Kent

I have been teaching yoga since 2006.  

I offer yoga courses, meditation, mindfullness, half day and day retreats, as well as annual retreats in Europe.

I am the founder of Conscious Holding© and a Compassionate Inquiry practitioner.  I support people that are struggling with their physical, emotional or mental health.  Through a 3 month 1:1 deep journeys experience, I support my clients to move into healing, which is actually a space of connection to Self. 

I also offer 5 week introduction courses.

I myself used to be very unwell.   I was told by one doctor I would be in a wheelchair for my life, and another confidently believed I had M.S. In a relatively short time I healed myself.  My deepening journey continues and I share my wisdom and deep understanding to support others to also find health and balance.

PRICE - £22 Early Bird (available until 22nd September).  (£5 of your payment will be donated to  'Healing Waves'This includes herbal teas and a yummy treat.  

WHAT TO BRING - Please bring a mat and blanket.  You may wish to bring a meditation cushion or chair also for the kirtan.  I will have a mat for you if you don't have your own.

If you decide to cancel any time up to 2 week before the event begins, a full refund will be given less £10 admin fee. .   

No refund will be given if you cancel within 1 weeks of the event  date.  

You are welcome to gift your space to a friend or family member.
